We've tried to give an answer to the most frequently asked
questions. In any case, keep in mind that the information indicated
in each accomodation web page is kept updated.
HOW TO CONTACT US ONCE YOU ARE IN ITALY
We are always able to be reached on our cell phones from 8:00
(8AM) to 21:30 (9:30PM).
REQUIRED LENGTH OF STAY
The minimum length of stay is one week. Stays for shorter periods
may be possible in middle and low seasons.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIME
With exception to contrary arrangements included in the accomodation
description, the hours of arrival and departure are as follows:
Check in: the first day of the stay,
between 16:00 (4PM) and 19:00 (7PM)
Check out: on the last day between 8:00
(8AM) and 10:00 (10AM)
Any late check in or check out must be communicated to the owner
or to the representative.
PETS
Pets are allowed only in the accomodations where it is clearly
stated in the web page. Eventual extra expenses are indicated in
the appropriate accomodation chosen.
DEPOSIT
The deposit must be paid on arrival to the owner or representative
in EURO and in CASH.
LINENS
With exception to the contrary to the accomodation chosen, all
of the houses offer weekly linen service for the beds, bathroom
and kitchen. The bathroom linens should not be used outside. Please
bring your own towels for the pool and beach.
SWIMMING POOL
In general, the pools are open for use from 15:05 to 30:09 without
limitations.
HEATING
In Tuscany, the use of central heating is permitted ONLY during
the period of November to the end of April (8 hours a day).
TELEPHONE
Telephone charges will be paid to the owner on the day of check
out.
FINAL CLEANING- EXTRA CHARGES (light,
gas, heating,...)
If these charges are not included in the price of the stay, they
will need to be paid to the owner on the day of check out.
OTHER PROBLEMS
If anything should come up or a problem should arise, the client
must let us know by telephone as soon as possible.
